Ingredients
- 200 g sliced chicken breast
- 2 flour tortillas
- 0.5 bell pepper
- 0.25 onion
- as needed lettuce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- 2 tbsp salad dressing or yogurt
- a few drops lemon juice
- as needed cooking oil
Instructions
- 1Marinate the chicken

Place 200 grams of sliced chicken breast into a metal bowl, add chili powder, cumin powder, a little salt, and black pepper, and mix well with your hand to coat the meat evenly. Let the chicken marinate for 15 minutes before cooking.
Tip: Allowing the chicken to rest for the full 15 minutes ensures the spices deeply penetrate the meat for maximum flavor. - 2Pan-fry the chicken

Place the marinated chicken strips into a heated black skillet with oil over the gas stove. Fry the strips until they are cooked through and tender.
Tip: Keep the heat at medium to ensure the chicken cooks thoroughly without burning the exterior spices. - 3Stir-fry vegetables

Using the remaining oil in the pan, add half a bell pepper and a quarter of a sliced onion. Stir-fry the vegetable strips with a spatula until they become soft, then remove them from the pan.
Tip: Cook the vegetables just until they soften so they retain a slight crunch and vibrant color. - 4Assemble the wrap ingredients

Slightly heat 2 flour tortillas. Lay green lettuce leaves in the middle of a tortilla, followed by the stir-fried bell peppers, onions, and cooked chicken strips.
Tip: Warm the tortilla slightly beforehand so it becomes pliable and easy to fold without cracking. - 5Add sauce

Spoon 2 spoonfuls of salad dressing or yogurt, along with a few drops of lemon juice, directly over the assembled filling on the tortilla.
Tip: Drizzle the sauce evenly across the ingredients to ensure every bite is flavorful and moist.
