Ingredients
- 1 prepared round pizza dough base
- 200 g fried chicken pieces
- 150 g mozzarella cheese cubes
- 4 tbsp salted egg yolk sauce
- 3 tbsp secret salad dressing
- 50 g mixed diced vegetables
- to taste black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornmeal or flour
Instructions
- 1Apply salad dressing to the crust

Take a prepared round pizza dough base on a floured metal counter and use a squeeze bottle to apply secret salad dressing evenly across the surface.
Tip: Spread the dressing evenly to ensure every bite of the crust has rich flavor. - 2Add fried chicken pieces

Using your hands, carefully place bite-sized pieces of fried chicken evenly over the sauced pizza dough base.
Tip: Distribute the chicken pieces uniformly so each slice gets an equal amount of meat. - 3Add Diced Vegetables

Take a container of freshly mixed diced vegetables and evenly sprinkle them over the pizza base after the fried chicken pieces have been added.
Tip: Distribute the vegetables evenly to ensure a balanced flavor and texture in every slice. - 4Add cubed mozzarella cheese

Take cut mozzarella cheese cubes and place them evenly across the pizza to ensure a gooey, melted texture during baking.
Tip: Space the cheese cubes out evenly so the pizza melts uniformly in the oven. - 5Spread egg yolk sauce

Using a small spoon, scoop our custom yellow egg yolk sauce and dot it across the pizza toppings, then spread it out evenly.
Tip: Be gentle when spreading the sauce so you do not displace the underlying toppings. - 6Season with black pepper

Take a wooden pepper grinder and twist it over the pizza to sprinkle freshly ground black pepper for added flavor and aroma.
Tip: Freshly ground black pepper gives a much sharper and more fragrant aroma than pre-ground pepper. - 7Transfer to Pizza Peel

Carefully slide the fully assembled pizza onto a black pizza peel that has been lightly dusted with cornmeal or flour to ensure it slips smoothly.
Tip: Make sure to use enough flour or cornmeal so the dough doesnt stick to the peel when sliding it into the oven. - 8Bake in the Oven

Use the pizza peel to slide the pizza directly into a bright red commercial electric pizza oven. For electric ovens, flip the pizza once midway through the baking time.
Tip: Keep a close eye on the baking process and flip the pizza halfway through to ensure even cooking.
