Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tbsp white vinegar
- 0.5 tsp shacha sauce
- 70 g water
- 2 slices cheese
- 2 burger buns
- 1 leaf lettuce
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- 1Prepare the beef balls

Take approximately 100 grams of ground beef and form it into a ball by hand. Firmly press and pound the meat in your palm to ensure the meatball holds its shape well.
Tip: Wear gloves for hygiene and to keep the meat from sticking to your hands while forming the balls. - 2Start the peanut butter sauce

In a glass bowl, add one tablespoon of peanut butter using a wooden spoon. This will serve as the rich, creamy base for your burger sauce.
Tip: Using a wooden spoon helps scoop out the peanut butter cleanly without sticking as much as metal. - 3Mix the sauce ingredients

To the peanut butter, add half a tablespoon each of soy sauce, honey, and white vinegar, along with 70 grams of water. Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly until smooth, then add half a teaspoon of shacha sauce for an extra kick of flavor.
Tip: Whisking vigorously ensures the shacha sauce and peanut butter emulsify properly with the liquids. - 4Sear the beef balls

Heat a flat-bottomed pan until hot. Carefully place the prepared beef balls into the pan. Season the meat generously with salt and black pepper while it begins to sear.
Tip: Make sure the pan is hot enough to create a good sear immediately upon contact with the beef. - 5Press into patties

Once the beef balls are in the pan, use a metal meat press to flatten them into burger patties. Press down firmly a few times to ensure the bottom makes full contact with the pan, which helps cook the patty evenly and enhances the aroma.
Tip: Pressing the patty helps create a better crust, making it much more fragrant during the cooking process.
