Ingredients
- 200 g beef tenderloin
- 200 g spiral fusilli pasta
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp starch
- 1 tbsp black pepper sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- to taste cooking oil
- 0.5 bowl water
Instructions
- 1Julienne the Bell Peppers

Take two standard bell peppers, a yellow one and a red one, and carefully julienne them on a wooden cutting board using a sharp chefs knife.
Tip: Keep your fingers curled inward while slicing to ensure safety and even strips. - 2Cut the Beef Tenderloin

Take a piece of fresh beef tenderloin and slice it into thin, even strips on the wooden cutting board.
Tip: Cutting against the grain will make the beef tenderloin much more tender when cooked. - 3Marinate the Beef Strips

Place the sliced beef into a metal tray and season with half a spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of starch, a bit of black pepper powder, and some cooking oil to keep the meat tender and prevent sticking. Massage thoroughly and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Tip: Adding cooking oil during the marination locks in the moisture and keeps the beef tender. - 4Prepare the Special Sauce

In a glass bowl, combine two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of black pepper sauce, half a spoon of starch, and half a bowl of water. Stir the mixture well to create the rich sauce.
Tip: Mix the starch thoroughly in the water to avoid any lumps before pouring it into the pan. - 5Boil the Fusilli Pasta

Bring water to a boil, add salt and oil to prevent sticking, and cook the spiral fusilli for 10 full minutes.
Tip: Adding oil and salt to the boiling water ensures the pasta stays separated and flavorful. - 6Stir-Fry the Beef

Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated beef strips, stir-fry gently, and remove from heat when about 70 percent cooked.
Tip: Do not overcook the beef at this stage so it stays juicy after final assembly. - 7Prepare Red Onions and Bell Peppers

Dice the red onions and julienne the red and yellow bell peppers. Have them ready in a container to be added into the pan for stir-frying.
Tip: Cut the bell peppers into even strips so they cook uniformly. - 8Stir-fry Vegetables

Heat oil in a pan, then add the diced red onions, yellow bell peppers, and red bell peppers, giving them a quick stir-fry.
Tip: Keep the heat high for a short time to keep the peppers crisp-tender. - 9Add Cooked Fusilli to Pan

Pour the cooked spiral fusilli pasta directly into the pan along with the stir-fried vegetables to combine textures and flavors.
Tip: Ensure the pasta is well-drained before adding it to avoid watering down the sauce. - 10Pour the sauce over the ingredients

Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the beef, fusilli, and vegetables in the frying pan. Stir well so that every piece is thoroughly coated in the rich, savory black pepper flavor.
Tip: Make sure to stir consistently over medium heat until the sauce thickens and glazes the ingredients.
