Ingredients
- 400 g pork belly slices
- 1 large squid
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 tbsp squid stir-fry sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 packs seasoned seaweed flakes
- 1 stalk scallions
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Stir-fry pork belly

Heat oil in a wok and add pork belly slices. Stir-fry them thoroughly until they are fragrant and slightly cooked.
Tip: Ensure the oil is hot before adding the pork belly to release its savory aroma quickly. - 2Add squid

Add the cleaned squid pieces into the wok with the stir-frying pork belly. There is no need to blanch the squid beforehand.
Tip: Keep the heat high to bring out the fresh flavor of the squid without making it rubbery. - 3Toss in vegetables

Add sliced vegetables including cabbage, onions, carrots, and peppers into the wok. Toss them together with the pork belly and squid.
Tip: Cut the vegetables into uniform slices so they cook evenly with the meat and seafood. - 4Pour special sauce

Pour the special red squid stir-fry sauce directly into the wok over the mixture. Stir-fry everything over high heat to fully develop the sauces flavor without adding water.
Tip: Avoid adding water so the sauce remains rich and coats the ingredients intensely. - 5Drizzle sesame oil

Finish the stir-fry process by drizzling sesame oil over the mixture in the wok, tossing well to combine all the flavors.
Tip: Add the sesame oil at the very end to preserve its aromatic scent. - 6Transfer to serving skillet

Transfer the cooked stir-fry mixture from the wok to a skillet on a portable gas stove to keep it heated for the cheese and rice balls.
Tip: Keep the portable stove on low heat so the surrounding cheese can melt smoothly.
